You can apply degree actually. Non-jupas application (for degree programmes) is usually for Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holders or other special case person. My friend got the AL result which similar to yours. She applied JUPAS for 2 years. She got a HD offer in the 1st year and she got a degree offer in the 2nd year (without re-exam any AL/AS subjects). Be reminded: The application period 2007 for Local Non-JUPAS Applicants: From 11 January to 16 February 2007|||||其實間間u都接受non-jupas的入學application，不過要間間報一次名。
